Lighter lists 219 active markets, and 36 of them have a dedicated guide on this site. Four kinds of contract sit in that register: crypto perpetuals, tokenised equity perps, pre-IPO perps on private companies, and commodity and FX perps. All of them take USDC as collateral on the same verifiable ZK order book, and standard accounts pay 0% maker and 0% taker on every one.
The crypto side runs from the majors down into the alts. Alongside Bitcoin perps you will find Cardano (ADA) perpetuals and Avalanche (AVAX) perpetuals, on the same fee schedule and the same margin asset.
What asset classes does Lighter list?

The tokenised equity group is the part that looks least like a normal perp venue. It holds the large-cap US names plus Coinbase (COIN) tokenised equity perpetuals, priced against the listed share rather than against a token.
How do Lighter perps differ across asset classes?
The contract mechanics do not change. Every market margins in USDC, matches on the same order book, and liquidates the same way. What changes is the leverage cap, and it is set per market rather than sitewide: up to 50x on BTC, ETH and EUR/USD, 25x on SOL, gold and PAX Gold, 20x on most tokenised stocks, 10x on the majority of alts, and 5x on the OpenAI and Anthropic pre-IPO perps.
